@airshipmilitaryboy26 Do you mean Napoleon or the Old Guard? If it's the former, I guess he would be forced to make peace with the Coalition for France would've been to weak to get another army in such a short span of time. If you mean the Guard winning that engagement with the Brits, I still think those Prus troops would've overrunned the French positions.
In the actual battle Napoleon had 130,000 men in his army. The British had a lttle o ver 100,000. Prussia used to have 125,000 due to the attack of Napoleon on them. Napoleon sent 3 battalions of Old Guard 4,500 men in total. I'm just saying. I lie this video, especially the Music.
@airshipmilitaryboy26 Umm not really,Napoleon had about 77-78000 men present,Wellington about 74000 and Blücher 31000 later increasing to 49000 at most.
The entire french army at 15th of june was about 123000 strong, the Anglo-Aliied about 112000 and the Prussians 130000.
The guard was much stronger than that but dispersed across the battlefield against both the Prussians,Wellington and some held in reserve to cover an eventual retreat.
really loved your waterloo vids. fun to watch, very well done, and ya learn a little something, too :) i will have to rewatch these after i finish the book i am reading about that entire time period. :)
@TheDukeOfZyr May I ask, why are some of the units different from what's being described? For example, at 4:12, the 42nd Light Infantry looks more like Foot while at 4:35, the Foot Guards look like Dutch troops. Am I right or is my eyesight deteriorating?
@noelwym123 some units look different because when i was filming for it i was using the waterloo battle in the game and some units were not always where they were historically, and the shot that had the foot guards standing up could not have been with real guard units in the game because i had to use a light infantry unit going from skirmish to regular stance to make it look like they were suddenly standing...your eyesight isn't deteriorating, but you are being very picky about something for fun
What happens if the Old Guard won the Battle of Waterloo?

@TheDukeOfZyr I'm just being curious! Were you playing with the AI or another player when you filmed these scenes?
