@HUSTLINISMYGAME I used a Canon SD1100 set to timelapse mode mounted to my handlebars. Sadly and for unknown reasons, Canon stopped including a timelapse feature with its point-n-shoot cameras after this model.

If you want, check out a bike ride time lapse video on my youtube page that I made while on a bike ride from Austin, Texas to Anchorage, Alaska. I rigged a video camera on a tripod head onto my handlebars... how did you film yours?
Thanks swash! I went back into the YouTube Audioswap list to see if I could find the track's artist, but I had no luck.
My camera mount is a total homebrew job incorporating an old headlight clamp that I drilled a tripod screw-sized hole through. I actually mount the cam upside down beneath the handlebars so I have to flip everything in Quicktime. I'll be sure to check your vid out.
