OK lets start again for those who need some help. If you look at the picture you will see that not only are the twist locks unlocked, the container is not located on them properly because it is off to one side. With the container in that position you would not be able to move the twist lock handles so unless you can lift a 4 tonne container with one hand then that is how it was transported, plus I followed it onto the weighbridge after it had turned off the road into the factory.
@MadMiff People like you save lives! In the 70s, we were called troublemakers for insisting on twistlocks for carrying ISO containers! Some hauliers wanted to use flat bed trucks!
Thanks mate, I try to do my bit. You might be pleased to know that on 13 August 2009 :-
The assets of Leggett's Transport have been sold to a company called Marmex following the haulier's collapse into administration last month.
I like to think that I played some small part in their downfall, especially after reporting this incident to MSC, British Sugar and VOSA who also passed it onto the Police.
The camera never lies, this Leggett's lorry driver broke the law, the container lift driver failed to load the container correctly, the driver failed to check the load was secure and the security guard failed to stop the trailer leaving the depot with a very dangerous and insecure load. BARRY VICTOR HYNARD employed all of them and failed to ensure they were all trained in loading and transporting containers as well as basic and very simple common sense. Would you want BARRY VICTOR HYNARD fined?
Definitely has an axe to grind against Leggetts. Probably a sacked driver taking it out any way he can.

you have way to much time on your hands and you cant prove that the twist locks haven't been unlocked after the load was transported
