I hated the filler missions too, they were absolutely terrible. Although I actually did like the platforming. Plus, I really couldn't stand the combat at times. I also hated how they took out the anime cutscenes. Rise of a Ninja had them, why couldn't this game? I loved Rise of a Ninja, but I found this game to be not as good.

lol we have a totally differently opinion on this game, i like the fillers cuz wiout it the game would be too short and i enjoy the platforming. The fighting however is just bearable but its a good game for naruto fans
