Thank you very much for this remix, I have played it over 400 times according to my iTunes player. This should be an official remix, I want to let you know the emotional journey I've experienced thanks to this remix. Incredible talent!
I don't inderstand why so many have the need to mix a perfect song of a prof. with boring loops loops loops loops and beats !! Pick up an instrument and compose music ! don't mind loops but not the whole song through esp. when the song has some loops already !!the mainstream mentality of today, amateurs who think that the professional needs it.There are far 2 many so called 'remixes' on ytube
@zenobowie I half agree and half disagree, it's the digital age, its ok to mix real with synthetic, it should be embraced, not shunned upon, it may not be your style of music, but it's still music to others.
@ListenToProphetSix I'm a huge fan of Bjork,NIN etc.and have nothing against synthatics etc.I use it myself.I was refering to the abuse ,why the need to change a perfect song with a beat or loop that goes on and on.It doesn't improve the original, would u like it when I change the words of your written story,or put some paint on a painting of van Gogh !!No, unless it improves the original !Digital age has nothing to do with it,try to compose your own song and you'll notice the difference !
@zenobowie yes I agree on that then, I've composed my own songs, when I started out they were repetitive like you say, so it's a matter of pregression
@zenobowie I respect your view point but I would like to say. There is much more to music than using an instrument to compose something. You see you're looking at music with a certain view point, it will be biased towards somethings and not others based on your your influences and beliefs. Therefore I can't understand your post, loops and repetition have value in some forms of music. There are genres that revolve around this. I don't know if your post is a rant? a question needing an answer?
If I wouldn't have known the original I would have totally assumed this was Björk's version. Very well done. Especially when you read the music analysis in the Biophilia app I recognise a lot of that in this version. I also very much appreciate the bass in it! Maybe a cooperation between the two of you would be a future possibility?
Microscopic miniscule Bjork..a new one even for the Goddess of music. Though Bjork has a "smaller" fan base, the fans she has are way more connected and dedicated to her vision than those fans of "bubblegum pop."
Excellent remix - the song is allready very much in the style of Vespertine (which is my favourite album of all time) and this mix places it even further in that direction.
I love everything about this remix! I think this is the best thing you've done or at least my favorite so far. I'm so impressed and grateful that you've posted this. Keep up the great work! :^D
