@mjdvfc although this was a nice twist, i think that the end of season 4 showed the final result of walter whites development. The "I Won" left a so much greater impression...
This might be my favorite scene of the entire series. Not just this part, but Walter being a hair width away from getting executed and how it is all flipped around by one phone call. "You might wanna hold off"
This shows how much of a badass walt is. i hope there are more moments in season4 like that. he and jesse are in deep shit now. mike is probably gonna try and kil lem but what if walt was all like "i wouldn't do that mike" "oh yeah why not *unclips safety* "it would be a shame to see your sweet little granddaughter diee" 0_0
@SuperMicklovin dude that is a fucking genius prediction I wouldn't be surprised at all if that happened that would explain all the scenes with mike and his grandaughter.
Walt behaved just as they expected a scared chem teacher to - no doubt in their minds he was going to give them Jesse. I think this scene really showed that Walter White is the act while Heisenburg is now the dominant personality.
@blizzy00 No. That would have been less subtle. Having the address by itself implies so much more and is a total mind fuck for Mike and the other dude. It's just bad ass because all he is doing is saying is an address and he makes it seem like a completely threatening statement. I love it.
As of the season 4 premiere, we now have an answer to your question. Now, the simple act of taking off a suit can be mind-numbingly terrifying, and the words, "Well? Get back to work," leave one drenched in cold sweat.
Holy crap. You're completely right. You know the old cliche of "he can make reading from the phonebook interesting"? That's pretty much what Bryan Cranston does here. He is now a god.
I,t is spelled Juantabo blvd. i lived in Albuquerqe N.M.in 1983 for a brief time.I'm not sure where they film this show, but it is an awesome program!
Greatest moments in Breaking Bad:
1. Walt exploding Tuco´s place
2. When the Terminator guys are going to kill Hank
3. The 2 last episodes of season 3
4. The entire fucking series
BREAKING BAD.....BEST SHOW EVER

I remember watching this episode.
I didn't think ANYTHING could've topped the ending of the previous episode, where Walter drives into the two dealers and shoots one in the head.
Yet the juxtaposed sublety of this scene actually topped it.

WALT: You might want to hold off.
MIKE: Yeah? *click* Why?
WALT: Because your boss is gonna need me. 308 Negra Arroyo Lane. Yeah.
*awkward pause*
MIKE: That's your address, genius.
*pause*
WALT: DAMMIT!

@9Hansi3 Yeah I think you're right, it was pure Hesienberg at the end of season 4 whereas in this episode he's still sort of 50/50.

@BootyBot thanks but the last line is kinda cheesy and gimmicky. I just can't picture walt saying that

Mike " What the hell was that, Exactly?"
Walt should have been like a " A Hit order. "
And THEN recited the Address.

@blizzy00 No, that would be cheap. Just spouting off the address has more power.

Breaking Bad has finally done it. They've made the act of reciting an address into an impossibly badass moment.
Where do we have left to go from here as a culture? What new frontiers are left now that 'reciting an address' has been made badass?
