For those people who's telling everyone how to sing the national anthem right needs a life.

Charice sing the National Anthem with PASSION, and listening to her sing our Anthem makes me proud to be a filipino.

And you know what's not making me proud.. you flipino people who critize too much, you that has nothing but ENVY, you that thinks no one is better than your ego and you tsimosa/tsismoso. hahah!

hehe i think dapat mo sabihin yan sa original na kompositor ng lupang hinirang... dahil nakasaad sa konstitusyon ang tamang pagkaka awit ng lupang hinirang AYON sa orihinal na komposisyon... hindi maaring baguhin ang mga nota ibig sabihin ang taas ang bilis at ang pagkaka sunod sunod..R.A. 8491 specifies that Lupang Hinirang "shall be in accordance with the musical arrangement and composition of Julian Felipe." maganda ang pagkakakanta pero mali parin kagaya ng mga nakaraang kumanta.

SO STUPID BITCH! National Anthem should be sung with some respect. It was sung during the very 1st declaration of independence, NOT ONLY played by a brass band that very time of Julian Felipe. A real artist-musician should be very SCHOLARLY, and should know WHEN and WHAT/WHICH to improvise/arrange. SCHOLARLY is the keyword here. ahem...you seem to be very knowledgeable about music...well then i think you should be aware about something we call "rearrangement".. well if you dont know that, it's something done to a song to give it a new sound para na rin mabawasan ang pagiging boring ng song due to repetitive listening of it lalo nat national anthem to so it is heard a lot of times.. sa side din ng singer, it is done para naman mabigyan ng originality ang kumakanta nito..

to tell you the truth, i was not aware of that so i did some research and look wat i found out.R.A. 8491 specifies that Lupang Hinirang "shal b in acordance with the musical arangement and composition of Julian Felipe." However, when literaly folowed, this means that the national anthem should only be performed by a pianist or by a bras band, as these were the only versions that wer produced by Felipe.

So does this mean we are all criminals? i just think what charice and we do is tolerable.
