If you look up the LD50 for hydrogen cyanide (amount that will cause 50% of people to die): 3-4 mg kg^-1
That means it takes only 180-240mg to kill a 60kg human.
BUT This is for injestion; inhalation is much much much much more toxic, as cyanide causes death by having a greater affinity than oxygen to attach to the haemoglobin in the blood, and thus the perfect place to cause death quickest and with the lowest dose is the lungs!!!
