Free energy can change the world! But there are very powerfull forces that want to supress the technology,Get a motor that works with the power of magnets only at LT-MAGNET-MOTORdotCOM ,Big change is comming soon!
Tip : stir the wort WHILE pouring in the the extract. This will help prevent the goo from burning at the bottom of the brewpot, which could add off flavors and make clean up more difficult.
Be careful about stirring while adding extract, if you stir too hard you will create a whirlpool effect which will pool your extract towards the center right where the heating is happening and you will scorch it even more creating carmal and burnt flavours... Stir briskly but alternate directions and do not create a whirlpool. I would also like to add a tip to turn off the flame while adding to reduce these problems.(flame-off addition) my .02
Pure homebrewing ingenuity, Philly style. Seems interesting I would love to know about the fermentation temperature control and what is being used for cooling.

Great project! However, I think it needs more automation and a cooling system that doesn't require ice. :)

EvilChurch, looks like he's using a cold plate, ergo: ice, just like portable beer taps.

Glycol would have been much cooler for this gadget. :)
