I think that the best and safer place in the world to have a plastic surgery is South America. I had all my plastic surgeries done there at the MakeoverTravel clinic (Breast implants, nose /chin surgeries, full liposuction, and lips augmentation) I am very happy with my results; they are just Amazing and very natural! The plastic surgeons in South America are recognized to be the best in the world. For me its a perfect place, very safe and its much cheaper if you compare with the costs in US!

Dr. Nassif, could you recommend a good surgeon in Orlando, FL or surrounding areas? I would prefer one who is skilled with titanium. I had rhinoplasty in the late 80's, and it has never looked very good at all. I enjoyed your video very much!
