I didn't take it the wrong way don't worry. Now, don't take this wrong, but there are plenty of people with KMs that still can not manage to achieve as much smoke as they thought they could achieve after watching my videos. There is a lot more than just getting a KM. A KM will get you half way there right away as you already know, if not more than half way, and the rest is all about packing technique, making proper holes, time spent smoking and managing the heat correctly.

Yeah I know what your talking about. I've been smoking for years now and I know what to do. I use my phunnel, vortex etc with preferably cocos but ch nattys or exotica golds work too and if im in a rush ill whip out the ch instants

Its just skill overtime. You got to get a phunnel bowl, you got to get natural coals. Gotta learn how to pack it perfectly, learn how to get the right number of holes, how many coals to use, and have the possible amount of water level that u can have without the water bubbling into your hose.

It makes the smoke kind of cooler/smoother going down. It doesn't neccessarly help but it feels alot better going down. If it was harsh it wouldnt be as harsh as if you didn't have one. It's nice to have one but annoying at the same time because the ice is always melting.

ok so i have had this hookah for a year or so know. its the km chiller. it smoked great for te first 6 months. now it seems like the sessions are not lasting as long and very few flavors provide that great smoke. its clean all the time and has no cancer (rust) on it. any ideas on what may cause it to not smoke properly over time?

yea there is nothing wrong with the hookah. it was the hose. i set it on the tray where there were little tiny coals still on there andit melted the hose on the inside just a little bit. not enough to cause serious problems but thats what it was. thanks for looking man.

1) i have a standard egyptian hookah and i wanna buy a new hose for it (either nammor or KM). assuming the setup is good (shisha, coals, etc) will the new hose make a decent difference for bigger clouds? I would invest in a KM but can't at the moment..

2) Is it true that al-fakher grape is worse now? everyone says their regular grape is either "hit or miss" and that they've gone bad lately...

The only good flavours that i still smoke from al fakher are Grape-mint, Lemon-mint, and Mint. Starbuzz is usually for non-experienced smokers, but i tried tangerine the other day and it was surprisingly good. But i am going to stick to the OG company, al fakher

AF Grape is still one of the best flavors out in the market. ONE damn person once said "oh it smells like ketchup" and everyone all of the sudden started saying that it smells like ketchup. Well, it MIGHT smell like that, but it does not taste so when smoking.

The hose CAN help with bigger clouds, but don't count on it, not every one can take mad rips.

Try loading your bowl, covering it with foil and flipping it upside down for 30min or so. This lets the syrup drip to the top so when you flip it back up (make sure you replace the foil when you poke holes in it), you get a hassle free smoke. Also try using actual coco-naras and try Romman. Im getting great clouds from it!

the molasses drips to the top of the bowl, so when you flip it back up, the molasses travels back down through the shisha while you smoke, resulting in more flavor. Ever leave a regular bowl on your hookah too long? The molasses drips down the stem. It's a liquid (a thick one) so gravity pulls it down in the bowl. Think about what you are smoking.

Man, you should not expect to get smoke like this. That's like watching a bike wheelie video, and then going out and doing it and expecting to do it 100% correctly the first time. You need a lot of experience with the hookah, with packing, how to use the coals, when to rotate them, how many you need, how to make your holes on the foil...ect. Slowly, you should see an increase in your smoke density, but make sure to do something different every time.

i have been smoking hookah for several years i have 6 hookahs and the km is by far the best. i have great sessions with that phunnel bowl. lasting long hours as long as i get the coals right. sometimes it smokes better that others but i havent quite got it to perform to its best. i have a regular km hose(not the ultimate) do you think that will make much of a difference or should i just keep messing with different set ups?

Lol, you need a platform to mix the flavors, in my case, my platform would be the foil. Its always better to mix your tobacco on the side, THEN put it in the bowl. This is just a flavor thing, this way, whatever flavors you packed are evenly mixed in the bowl.
