  • I do the small meals/snacks thing too. Here are some of the common foods I eat (either alone or 2-3 combined):

    1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese: 100 cals,

    1/4 cup raw almonds: 160 cals,

    1 packet organic instant oatmeal: 150 cals,

    1 container organic yogurt (flavored): 14- cals,

    1 hard boiled egg: 100 cals,

    1 medium banana: 100 cals

    I usually eat a bigger meal at dinner a protein and lots of veggies. Hope this helps give you some ideas!
