@22magnum yes that is correct , you extract it also in the sub-tools , after you do that you just select the new subtool you just extracted and hide the source , use also edge loops in the geometry tab with around 10 value for the smooth to make the edges looks nice and smooth and you read for the next step
@22magnum the same way I do in the tutorial , you have there eye icons you click on the subtool and then on the eye icon and then you click on your extraction subtool , only subtools are visible where the icon is on , it is simple
wow, this is pretty sweet. i've been looking for something like this for a while. im a fan of comics and could use this to create superhero themed content. if i might ask, what would be the best technique like this for creating boots and capes? would you know of a way? thanks again for releasing a well done walkthrough. take care and have a great day.
@UrthMaan thanks ! boots and capes request a little more detailed work , this process here show more the extractions of the second skin for clothing for personal usage if you use genesis as a donor . Boots or shoes are total different story , if I have little more time I will make another tutorial soon how to make it as the comments are to limited to describe the process
how did you extract the mask u did? is it in the sub tool menu? Just need to know cause it would make my final easier.
