There demonstration of this pattern was perfect. I am a WTF Certified, Tae Kwon Do Instructor here in Canada. I really enjoy watching these two martial artists. They clearly have a very good Master. They will definitly be a Master too one day, if they arn't already.
@B1SpkTKD Yup, a stomp, a lot of people have to jump to get back to where they were in the beginning. Take note of the stances going up and down, should be fine!
This video is good for people who are learning taegeuk 5, so it's more of a step by step tutorial, there are loads other videos that show taegeuk 5 in real time, but that's another story :)

can someone explain to me that end move (the jump to block) please? im learning this for a grading and cant get that one lol

@falconmaster08 That end move isn't a jump, is just a stomp and a hit with your backfist...
