Happened to come across this video...love the way you are coming closer to your goal and becoming more comfortable with yourself. I have a relative who tends to gain and lose similar to Opera but has come to the realization that her bod is like that. I want to tell her that her body might be telling her that she isn't finished "baby making" and she should look into that if she really needs help. Also psychologically weight loss and youthfullness is in the mind...simply put worry less loose more.
