As a woman who has been sexually harassed in the work place I would like to say that I don't think this is very funny.
I was innocently going to work one day when a man who had just been employed was carrying a box of his belongings to his new desk when he blatantly sexually harassed me on the sweater meat with his elbow. He wasn't looking at me when he did it but I knew it was intentional.

A doctor touches a patient (who's intention is to sue that doctor for his money) on the arm, shoulder, etc. The patient then leaves the clinic and tells her lawyer that he harrassed her. Although she accepted it. THere was no written proof that she did so so she can deny permitting him.
Even if he gets away with that false accusation, its record of being on him will ruin his carreer and possibly his life. Giving the patient power to blackmail anyway for money...
This is what judges and juries are for. A law suit like that would just be thrown out because a doctor needs to touch patients to do exams. Also, an extreme and rare case doesn't invalidate a law that works well in many circumstances.

well untill 1:50 things shown are infact sexual harassment, and honestly I don't find it funny, you may think sexual harassment laws are biased in favor of women but it is the least voiced and hardest to prove/prosecute sex crime, and well the law is not really biased look for the legal term "reasonable woman standard" so the paranoia about women getting rich by sexual harassment law suits, filed against the "innocent" gestures or male to male interaction is not really accurate
