Your audio settings are terrible, edit the clip after recording and take away the 64 and 32 frequencys. As the human voice doesnt go that low, this takes away that sort of pop sound when you say a 'p'

i got a mac, its micraphone is amazing quality, but i have a better one if necessary. i can use black ops' theatre mode to record my gameplays, and then i put them on my mac, edit them, then i just upload it to youtube, isnt that an easier way? :P
