i actually read about this, its hard to find information on, but it was only ever fired once, was designed for european battlefields, they found that in order for this to be fired had to go through chain of command that took nearly 2.5hrs for approval for use of the weapon, it was rendered obsolete before its 1st ever firing, but sometimes u have to backwards before u can go forwards............
