I'm sure that when I visit my friends in five or six years there will be some sort of luxury or near-luxury car in their driveway because that is what most people want. Speaking for myself, I really like the design of this car and I like the EV capability..which could potentially sway me over to Chrysler. By the way, my dad is a Gen X. Gen Ys are called Millennials.

@stealthpakfa BULL. I you were to see the Chrysler 200C up close, german would be the furthest thing on your mind. I checked the car out in person at Chicago's 2009 International Auto Show. It has an international look that stands on its own. 200C looks american-italian if anything.

I dont mind innovation, but it should look sleek and elegant and not like something aimed for 10 year olds. It might be different from other Chryslers but I think they overdid it. I dont like the green color I thinkblue or red wouldve worked better.

I might have been too harsh on my first comment and I apologize for that. However we once had a PT Cruiser Rental car which was just awful in so many ways.

I saw this car at the proving grounds. I work for Chrysler LLC. I build Chrysler cars everyday. I drive a GM. If you could have an all seeing eye inside the Assembly plants, you would never buy a Chrysler product again.

Dont get me wrong, this car is handsome, but thats it. The metal is paperthin, the paint sucks, the transmission is as bad as all Chrysler/Dodge junk. You will look cool on the side of the road - thats it. I build Chryslers, I drive a GM, enough said.

It looks good on the outside. Love the idea of a touch screen, but what if something wrong happens. touch screen doesn't work or dead pixels. No cup holders. No normal back seat. How do you change gears? Hope the seats don't get dirty. Wonder if they are going to produce this and if so, when. They could have at least put some buttons on the wheel for volume or turn signals or something.
