@Danyil33, if you wanted to say "I'm going to love you" you would say "dê heş te kem". When you have the word "di" in the phrase, it means it's in the present. For the future tense, we use "dê".  Think about the lyrics that come before it:

ez ne şêm bêy te bi qetînim (I can't live without you)

ez ne şêm durî te bi mînim (I can't be far away from you)

dê mirim ger te ne bînim (I will die if I don't see you)

heş te di kem, ez heş te di kem (love you, I love you)
