This is the blue belt form. Joong geup Hyung, not Goh Geup Hyung...

You learn this form at Chuhng Di (blue belt). Therefore it is blue belt form, it is called Joong Geup Hyung. Red Belt is Goh Geup Hyung.

it's my fault the video is labeled a red belt form.  red belts had to perform this during the tournament and that's where my head was...

i just looked at my testing sheet- it is a red belt form.
