Pacs plans where not just big, but also an endangerment to his life. There is no way the East Coast would of allowed 2Pac and Deathrow Records to takeover the Eastside. With plans as big as this, it puzzles me why 2Pac hardly ever wore his bullet proof vest - even after the fight he had with crip member Orlando Anderson.
