Its fairly simple. There's 4 TC games overall. Under the knife 1 and 2. Second opinion and New Blood.

1) Under the knife 1 and Second opinion are the same game essentially. Just SO is for Wii.

2) New Blood is its own game/storyline. You only see GUILT once and its during one op.

3) Under the knife 2 is a continuation of Derek's story from UTK1/SO.

Correct. Second Opinion and Under the Knife 1 are basically the same game, just different platforms/difficulty ratings.

Check around ebay for some copies of Second Opinion, should be some in circulation somewhere.
