It is at least 75% {and that is being conservative.} The "cash money" coming into the country of Mexico from illicit drugs is at least as much as is coming in legitimately. {Net money.} Ending this would be suicidal for Mexico. They state that he typically goes into poor villages, opens up stores, buys farming equipment, seeds, tools, and he helps the poor by giving them jobs. In my opinion, he's done more for the people than Calderon has. They are both criminals, but at least El Chapo is helping the poor. Calderon also has innocents blood on his hands. You have no idea how corrupt the Mexican gov't is.
