to Morgydav: take the mouthpiece off, and it should pull apart. Goes on the top shelf off the dishwasher!

Hi, I was given one of these during a hospital stay for pneumonia, anyone know how to clean them? I was not given the package with it so didnt think to ask the respiratory therapist, thanks for any help
