I'm not saying that the Iraqi population loves Israel, but neither does the Egyptian or Turkish population, that doesn't matter, there are political factions in Iraq who think that some sort of an alliance or a relationship with Israel would be beneficial for Iraq, and recently an Iraqi MP visited Israel to attend a counter terrorism meeting there. So some sort of a peaceful political and economic relationship is possible and beneficial to both countries.
