The crown you refer to is the "Babe Ruth Sultan of Swat" award. From 1957-1966 it was given to the player who led the majors in slugging average. In 1967 it was renamed the "Babe Ruth Award." From then on it was awarded for lifetime achievement. Mickey got it twice: in 1957 (the first one awarded) for his performance in 1956 (his Triple Crown year), and for lifetime acheivement after he retired.

It's not the Triple Crown. There isn't an actual trophy or plaque for winning the Triple Crown.
