I managed to get all the way to the spider with only the boots, as part of a challenge. The spider was too much of a cunt though, and I simply couldn't get by. I didn't even know that if you stood in one place that he would go to that spot. Usually I run around like an idiot, thinking he's not coming to me, then he does, and only 2 hits will kill you without armor or health. Great skills!

I used the X-Buster because I didn't want to waste all the ammo for this Sigma Stage's boss, which is weak to the "invincibility" weapon. By the way, I even try to get some ammo before entering the boss room if you watch closely on the next video.

It's funny when people try to tell me how to do a run I tried to make as good as possible without failing. Keep them comments coming guys! xD

@SHMUPGurus I understand what you were writing. Many times I had the danger of using up all the weapon energy for Chameleon Sting. This weapon made the battles go faster. I love poking out the eyes and tearing up the nose of Rangda Bangda. I liked the SNES version of its music. I recognized the music that you play as the one from Mega Man Maverick Hunter X. Nice video. You have shown me an interesting way of playing.

i say that its still a no hit run even if vile had to hit you you were only hit because you had to be therefore it doesnt count

This is the third-charged shot effect from Sting Chameleon's weapon. As you might have noticed, after getting his weapon, I tried to find the best places to use it since it makes X invincible for a certain amount of time, so the run got a lot more easier to do!

Man, I've played this game through so many times it's ridiculous. It's really nice to see such a different style of play.

I would actually hold the SNES controller at an angle to simplify dashing. Anyways, kudos to the run. If I had the time, I'd make one too so you could see my style. ;)

Yes, but you have to have REALLY good timing and not mind loading up save states repeatedly.

i do...it's just a matter of time...and so much patience jajaj but yup...i did it...in fact i kill most of the ultimate boss with the hadouken....except for the two eyes of the beggining and the ultimate sigma.
