  • can this scooter be plugged into a socket?

  • @georgejellycow

Yes. A standard electrical wall socket is all that's required to plug the battery charger into.

  • so are you saying that you buyed a used scooter and are the batterys always broken when you bûy this scooter.

2nd kann something happen when the battery is brocken and you charge it.

  • It was a scratch & dent. Meaning, it wasn't owned by anyone before, but the scooter got cosmetically damaged at the factory.

The sealed lead acid batteries are very delicate and require constant recharging. They eventually wear out and require total replacement (I might have gotten mine to last 6-12 months if I hadn't sold it last year).

The batteries I received were bad, but the company replaced them with good batteries. Charging bad batteries wouldn't cause more damage.

  • is this scooter very good to use?

  • Watch the review that I did. Should be in the related menu to the right.

  • i have the same one with 800 watts pretty funny does around 22mph and 18 range

  • I finally finished the Review video. Check it out (I put a link to it in this preview video).

  • good checklist when i get mine soon. goodjob

  • Please look for my FULL REVIEW for this scooter. I plan to have it done within a few days. It will list under my name once I have it up. (It took me long enough to get around to finishing it up :)

  • Great video 5/5, this was very helpful, I will probably be buying this or the X-500 for Xmas.

P.S - I think your steering column had play because you bought the scooter used?

  • Sorry I didn't reply sooner. The column came with some play from the factory. They said it was a scratch and dent that had never gone out. The Xtreme techs told me it wasn't uncommon to need to tighten up the steering column (frequent use could cause it to have a little play, but you can always tighten it up).

  • i want the x500 to

  • Excuse mi english. What side do you buy that thing?

  • They sell them on ebay. Or just do a Google search for x-treme scooters.

  • ok thanks

  • So far my max speed has been 15.5mph on a flat road..but it can do 13mph up a moderate hill..which isint bad since its a 600 watt motor.

  • I have the X600 scooter as well..and when I got it the package was very flimsy..but the scooter itself was in great shape..had and came with everything described..assembly was very easy..and the batteries were all in good shape. The one problem I had was it wont reach the advertised speed of 23mph but instead it will only go 15mph..which isint bad but Im mad that it wont go 23mph. Maybe you know why perhaps. Thanks.

  • So far I can do 15-16 mph on a flat road, 12-13 mph up a moderate hill. If I'm going down a hill, my max speed is around 17 mph (the engine resistance on the drive wheel acts like a speed governor). I have the rear break disabled because the rear hub is a little out of true and it created lots of resistance. I will fix this soon.

  • Awesome preview!!!!!!!!!!!
