Damn strait! Should have already been done, and I am glad to see it moving forward and Congress needs to get off their a@# and make it happen!
The Railroad is getting their part done for sure in no short supply either. We really really do need this and like the man said, 'We HAVE to stop depending on foreign oil suppliers and make the US dollar worth something once again!

steam is more powerful and faster than diesel anyway

Also it would create more jobs, because Steam, is more labor intensive then Diesel.
