Nonetheless it is part of humanity, so long as like being upset and other negative emotions are recognised as just phases. And with the right frame of mind will go away. So I respect and agree for the most part, how anger is detrimental when celebrated. However, a very wose teacher of mine, pointed out, anger is a good motivater. I have to say it is true.
