Hi, my name is Aaron Anderson. In memorial of little Caylee Anthony I have created a song and video. Please watch the video on my page and repost as much as possible! Thanks so much for your support
People may take issue with the not guilty verdict, but it is the consequence of the US judicial system. Maybe this time an alleged guilty person was acquitted, but how many innocent people have been sentenced unjustly based on circumstantial evidence across the country? Disgrace on Nancy Grace, who like the Romans, judges, tries and executes people through the abused power of the media when in fact it is a jury of your peers that has that task.
I hope the next fetus that slithers from Casey Anthony's rancid womb takes one look at her in the delivery room and hangs itself with the umbilical cord.
Anyone who believes this woman is innocent, needs their brain examined! Sure let's go party for a month and not tell anyone their child is missing and then just lie when people get curious, REALLY! Way to many people seem to be overlooking the FACTS of this case, it is about a dead CHILD! The last person to see this her ALIVE was her lying mother. It does NOT take a mathematician to put this puzzle together. Hopefully one day COMMON SENSE will PREVAIL!
I have even heard about this in Australia. Many journalists over here have commented about how much extra access the media has to a trial. In most western countries it is almost impossible to have a trial filmed let alone shown live on national television. Casey may have got a fair trial, but she will not be able to live comfortably in the US again as the media there think they have the right to be judge, jury and executioner.
She is going to make a mint off of this. Book deal, the talk show circuit and a movie are in the cards for her. People will flock to her story like lemmings.
I don't get all the fuss over this. If there was not enough evidence to prove, without a doubt, that Casey was guilty, then she should be set free. Have we all forgotten that they theory behind our court system is "Innocent until proven guilty,"?
I admit I haven't followed the case, but I'd much rather let a criminal go free than allow an innocent woman to go to jail, as said by Mauhadeeb.
@iluvthecompanioncube Look at the evidence presented through out the entire case, watch the entire trial, it couldn't be more obvious, unless you think Zanida did it, a women that she made up had kidnapped her kid, then changed the story at trial to she drowned and her father instead of calling the police reporting an accident, decided to make an accident look like murder... The chloroform and caleys hair in the trunk, The ditched vehicle...
I payed little to no attention to the trail or its facts, so I can't speak to whether Anthony is guilty or innocent, but @mauhadeeb28 makes some very good points. Justice is NOT served by putting an innocent person in jail, just because it looks like they did it. Especially when the death penalty is involved. What happens when the state kills an innocent person? Does the judge get the death penalty? The jury?
@Mauhadeeb28 She was clearly guilty regardless of direct evidence, of course they are upset, you would have to be a fool not to. even you must admit that. It just seems as though we have lost our common sense among all the bureaucracy, paperwork and bullshit legislation.
@SerratedXx Then I guess I am a fool for believing that there is a possibility she did not murder her daughter.
If she was "clearly guilty", why did every single juror say the evidence was not without a reasonable doubt?
Like I said, I would rather a criminal go free than the possibility of putting an innocent person in prison.
What does "bureaucracy, paperwork, and bullshit legislation" have to do with this? Are you saying evidence is a pain in the ass and we should do away with its necessity?
@Mauhadeeb28 The rule of law is pointless if all it succeeds in doing is letting criminals walk free and putting innocents in jail, so yes, you are very much a fool for not seeing the obvious right in front of your eyes.
@Zenthik Hitler was a good man in that he put all child pedophiles to death ( as well as child killers, but that goes without saying. )
Why are you saying she was guilty, but every juror, who had far more information than you and I, deemed it was such a clear cut case? How are you more informed of the case than them?
You still didn't answer any of my questions. You just side stepped and called me a fool. Would you please care to answer or am I to assume you don't know what you are talking about?
@Mauhadeeb28 Actually the jury was deprived of information deemed " unnecessary " that the public had access to. I've been wondering what it will be like when the jurors go home to their families that saw things that they themselves did not see, and may feel anger towards them for making such a silly decision. Will they regret their it?
@Mauhadeeb28 New comment system feels more like facebook than youtube...
alright let me look see here...
The jurors were corrupt and didn't want to have to stay there for an extra 2 weeks and some of them would have missed their cruise trips. There was lots of circumstantial evidence, enough that many former judges were surprised they didn't get a conviction and said that they would've had the jury brought up on corruption charges. and last, the jury was less informed than the public.
@Mauhadeeb28 You're a monster, so you're saying if a man killed your mother, your father, and your brothers, you would rather let him be free then putting a innocent man in jail?
You have no soul. I would rather put a innocent man in jail any day over letting a killer walk free
@metalgrunt400 Way to go starting the comment off by calling me a "monster". I can already see there is probably little point to responding, but I will in hopes that something positive will come of it.
If a man killed my mother, father, and brothers, I would want to kill him myself. This presumes I am sure he is guilty, in which case it wouldn't be me killing an innocent man.
Why would you want an innocent person in jail? That means the real criminal is still out there anyways!
@metalgrunt400 I don't believe you understood what I originally wrote. If there is a possibility that a person might be innocent, I would rather them walk free. Punishing an innocent person "just in case" or in order to make a family who lost a member feel like justice has been served is horrendously evil. Imagine being accused of a crime that you were innocent of but people threw you away for life "just in case". I can't imagine ever condoning such an inhumane notion.
@Mauhadeeb28 This is reality, not csi, not every case has direct physical evidence and a video clip showing it happening, look at the overwhelming circumstantial evidence and it is more then enough to get murder one. The jury judging from their comments expect a csi type out come to point it out for them. She is guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt.
@proofandevidence How can she be beyond a shadow of a doubt? Every juror voted not guilty. They were actually in the court room the entire case and they all found her not guilty do to lack of evidence. There was clearly a doubt.
@Mauhadeeb2 AGAIN, this is reality, not csi. 1 this is one of the most powerful circumstantial cases ever presented to a jury. 2 She ditched a car where not only experts, but her father and mother, cop and nurse, smelled a dead body. Along with a hair found in the trunk with a death band on it, from a corpse matching the structure of the female side of her family. 3 She admitted to making up Zanida, the supposed kidnapper she had police looking for. Yeah, she's innocent alright...
@proofandevidence And AGAIN reality said there was not enough evidence.
I understand that plenty of people have been sentenced without proof. It is gross, disturbing, and completely appalling the many folks that have been thrown into lock up without actual proof.
Every thing you are referring to still doesn't proves anything. It is nothing more than assumptions. I could never condone sentencing someone based off of assumptions and emotions.
@Mauhadeeb28 Not enough evidence? Caylees hair with a death band in it inside her trunk, 3 different experts confirm stench of dead body, ditches the car, tells parents kid is alive when she was already dead, doesn't call cops, tells cops when caught it was a baby sitter that she admits doesn't exist. Yeah, no evidence there... COUGH!
@proofandevidence Nope. Not enough, clearly. Glad you didn't point out any of the opposing evidence(Which can be found in the court files as well as alternative News sources). But I never expect much from those you think they know more than those directly involved and watch Nancy Grace.
@Mauhadeeb28 The fact is, if she did duct tape her over the mouth in the trunk to go off and party, not need a babysitter, and Caylee died and Casey panicked, it is voluntary manslaughter (accidental, but knowingly putting a child at risk and killing them in the process) as well as child abuse, and whatever crime there is for dumping a body in the woods.
She is guilty for certain, but not of 1st degree murder and the prosecution should have charged her for manslaughter instead.
@2b3the1 I completely agree with your "if". If that be the case, I'm right there with you.
Here is my problem. Everyone I talk to can't decide whether it was murder, an accident, manslaughter, or she was innocent. What I find disturbing is the want of everyone for this woman to be in jail yet no one, not even the prosecution, could prove she is the one who did any of that stuff. It is all speculation.
We shouldn't put people in jail because we "think" they did something. We need to be positive.
@Mauhadeeb28 Yeah, you know what I agree with you Muahadeeb28, Casey Anothony is innocent, she is also a great mother, your so right, O.J Simpson was also innocent, not enough evidence right? O.J. is a great person, Casey is clearly innocent, all arrows point away from her huh Muahadeeb? Justice has been served in this case, it was probably Zanida Gonzalez huh...
@sonicmandx12 lol wtf -_- i was thinking who on earth could be more legendary than Robert Kardashian in a murder case .. oh.. an anime game character ..
