my parents bought me a model B sometime back in the 80's because they thought it would be good for eductional reasons but i just ended up playing chuckie egg on it for hours after school!...im sure it was about £400 at the time!
Good old BBC Micro, just look at all those "cheese wedges" - Prestel, Teletext and 2nd Processor. Not so sure about the cross-dresser in the school girl uniform though...

OMG! I so remember this advert and using the BBC Micro at school incidently the BBC Micro was the first computer I used!!!!

Interesting advert. I have used the BBC computer in my schooldays. At home, I had the Master 128 from 1986 to 1996.
