Russ I've watched this a 2nd time to be sure I'd not missed. What is your camping stove? What food do you carry that is compatible with your stove? I'm shrinking my Brompton touring cooking kit currently for my next Brompton tour and my stove is larger than my sleeping bag. Interested in what YOU do and how well that is working out.
where do you carry the food? do you just eat at stops along the way as you travel? what is the wt. limit of the bike? just wondering. like how you pack tops/bottoms in separate stuff sacks

3 months?! That's impressive. Can you tell me what the bag is on the front?

Tommy the backpack rests on the rear rack and is attached to the saddle. Works out pretty well. Check out my other videos to see how it mounts.

Nice packing job, but where do you put the rear bag? Isn't that a backpack?
