Pladers,, personally i dont´care if you call it Chinese shit, but have you any experience at all with any Chinese Motorcycles, if not,,don´t talk bad about it,,,
og da jeg kan læse at du kun er en lille pissemøl som sikkert ikke engang må køre på mere end den lille riskoger da du jo nok kun lige har sluppet din Puch maxi,,,så flet næbbet søster lystig
Don't badmouth those Lifan engines. The Chinese did a bang up job copying all the Japanese engines. I have a 1988 Yamaha Route 66 (that's now 23 years old) with the V Twin, from Lifan, and still runs as strong and quiet as it did when it was new. :)
Ive had mine for 5 months know the only electrical thing that works is the high beam. ive read in some forums that this happens pretty often . does anyone know how to fix this.dealer won't help/bought it 2nd hand. the previous owner also moved the the needle up one notch(some commom mod) and the bike will only idle at 1800rpms. i guess idlying issuse are common also ?
get a lifan gy-5 from American Lifan and enjoy dual-sport action for a fraction of a comparable Japanese bike. You can get 3 Lifan dual-purpose for the price of one Japanese bike. And, they get 70+ miles per gallon!
a Japanese bike that will have the same skills as this on will in Denmark cost 50000,00 Dkk and this Chinese is only 10000,00,,,so where is youre point,,,????
@blakimus13 This bike is identical to the Jinlun 125-11 (Texan) which is a replica of the Suzuki Marauder. This is a 250 motor based on the Honda CG250 (Same as the 125 version of these models).
You're thinking of the Virago copy Lifan and the Dragstar copy lifan, which are identical yamaha v-twin motors.
Who gives a fuck what engine it has china or jap

My thoughts exactly,
Rice is rice, way pay (three times) the price?
If your not willing to put the time/effort or dedication into ANY bike, you don't deserve it. Simple as that

Are you sure that's a Lifan, because it looks like a Mc4You bike. Plus the Lifan 250 is a v twin.
