  • you're funny, nice vid. But you don't know what you're talking about, you should do more research, and need moore expierence, since you're so smal, not buff, and dnt do workouts right.

  • hey im 14 and 5ft10 140. im not fat at all, its just when i sit down i get marks where i sit down. i wanna lose fat and gain muscle, and im 14, going through puberty so im alway very hungry, what do i need to do?

  • Where are you located? goddamn, I need someone like you in my life! lol

  • Hey this video helped a lot!! as your other videos to! but i have a question i just signed up for the gym so its gonna be my first week but i have done some work outs at home like push ups and curls but only for like a month and am pretty skinny weighing only 130. And am looking to gain some muscle a little to bulk up when should i change up my plan when do i know when to move on like am just confused on what to exercise on. Basically i need a routine

  • @Tonygreens1 Brother check my channel I have exactly the routine you want on there....!

  • @OmarIsuf Hey thanks again man:) your videos are great and i have another question i watched your other video its this one

BEST Beginner Muscle Building/Strength Program: Day 1 Full Body

can i fallow that and how many weeks should i preform this work out till i change it up

  • so a beginner should trail as heavy as they can,but not go to failure?? not sure i got you..and if so,is it true for a female too?

  • Hey man, well i would love if you replay to this message or made a video about this( im new to the gym im gonna start in 2 days, so like 3 months ago someone told me that you cannot do for EXAMPLE chest and biceps everyday like u have to combine them, like one day you should do like 3 different muscles then other day, the others, i just wanna know what good combination i can do? like example, today chest biceps and abs, next day back tric... and another one, idk just please help me,

  • @yedesmir1 The best way to start is by doing all the pushing movments in one day, like chest, shoulder and tri. then have a days rest. then do legs.then a days rest. then do all the pulling movments like back, lats and biceps. your mucles need time to rest, thay dont get bigger in the gym thay get bigger when your resting and eating right. when your startingout stick to things like dips, pull ups, bench press and squats dw worry about copping the pros

  • Loving the Van Halen t-shirt! Donut City!

  • @SpartanPict You know what the fuck is up

  • Can anyone tell me a good substitute for a bench press? cuz i just cannot bench

  • @killerzwad80 There are tons, but you should learn to bench. There is the floor press, wide dips, DB press, weighted push ups, any horizontal pull "could" work, but the bench press is wicked!

  • @OmarIsuf thanks! we recently bought a home gym/olympic bench and its AMAZING! I still dont feel that much of a burn from it but ive started to do other exercises before i bench like pushups and these wierd things i just made up...dont know what theyre called :P haha but it seems like if i already have a little burn in my chest i can feel it more when i bench, thanks for the advice though!

  • @killerzwad80 theres only 2, u either benchpress, or DUMBELL press, bt if its hard for you, there's actually machine in most gyms that helps u learn how to benchpress, its almost like the real thing but it only moves up and down.

  • Yupp. im subbed fer sure

  • Good shit brother, I'm a beginner. Thanks for the advice!

  • Is it just me or does he really have a feminine face

  • well..i can flex my "female packs" hehehehehe

  • nice vid man. i wish i wouldve known all this a year ago when i first started haha

now im basically using your advice to correct my imbalances i have.

  • Nice vid Omar ! but I would like to see Jason deadlift well over 500 lbs lol...

  • Same thing.. Pull ups, push ups, dips, squats, leg press.. That's pretty much it.. All you need

  • ^_^ anybody can flex there bone...

  • CANT HEAR

  • best advice on the internet

  • One question, surley you cant overhead press as much as you pull down, shoulders are a weak muscle group and back is strong?

  • @PaintballGremlin not true at all

  • @Manuelcr7 explain? i would like to see someone overhead press what they lat pull down, not the olypic stlye clean and jerk but the normal overhead press

  • @PaintballGremlin There is a miss thinking. A pressing movement is much harder because you need your core much more and you press the bar AND the weigth of your arms! (~BW/10). Pulling movements needn't much core strength (but grip) and you don't have to pull your arms, instead you're only pulling your torso, head and legs with your lats. Pull downs are even much easier than pullups, because the mass of the arms helps you pulling the bar down. think about it.

  • @Manuelcr7 Ah i see, but still you cant try and tell me the shoulders will ever be as strong as the back if you trial them equally?

  • I like your tight shirt. No homo doh.

  • you talk too fast

  • totaly agree with this mostly with the train opposite movements evenly most people starting off dont even look at the back and lats or hamstrings for that matter people just starting need to really concentrate on even training nothing worse than seeing dudes with huge pecs and no lats

  • Thanks a bunch!

  • Some good stuff here Chef Buff! :D

  • I wish I had seen this video before I tore my rotator cuff...

  • @TheNobleBard oh bro that suxs :l

  • @marvin123o It's cool. I'm focusing on weight loss. I've lost 100lbs as of today! =D

  • can you flex your front deltoid?

  • Why would anyone dislike this video? He's giving a great info for beginners, and it's a pure gold for someone who's just starting out! I wish I had someone to tell me the same back in a day!

  • great video, excellent information !!

the only thing i kinda disagree with is to avoid training to failure. in fact, when i actually drop the weight down and keep working i actually feel the muscle more.... the lighter weights allow me to concentrate on the muscle more and I really feel the burn in my muscle,,,

keep up the great work !!!

  • FUCK! I can't flex my anterior deltoid, darn it :-(

I've been demoted to Beginner level.

    FFFUUUU

    :-( Feels batman

  • Good advices.Actually I only do compound excersices. But you say it's good to do the same excersise more than once in a week, So, for example, if I do bench press on Monday, so it's good to do it again on Wednesday?

  • Great tips for cookin up sum muscle man. about to finish my first serious year of lifting and i can say u are 1000% right on all of this. Plus being able to push and pull the same amount makes your body look diced and natural.
