The world was made in six days. The Day however is not a 24hr as your perceive it now based on the earth motion. A day is a stage that can be a long period of time.

But the complex human body with trillions of brain cells interconnected to give rise to intelligence is made via a natural process from that one cell. We can trace the sperm and egg back to their parents. Did God create whole complete beings with their organs fully formed and did he grant them intelligence and knowledge that we must learn as children, or did he create the first sperm and egg and gestate it in some artificial uterus?

According to Quran , yes God created the first man and woman as grown up fully functional beings.

Now we come from our parents who can be tracked to 1st Adam. Lets say for the sake of agreement that this adam is just a Cell. The question to these who argue against creation and the existence of God is that where did the first Cell, which must have irreducible complexity, came from. Even if it had evolved over time, where did time come from?
