The problem is that this game doesn't have any motion blur to mask the low framerate, so even though it's frequently reaching 30 fps on ps3, it really hurts the eyes and ruins the experience :(
most. not all but most. 360 is simply easier to develop for and has several advantages for developers, is why 8 out of every 10 or so multi games come out slightly ahead on microsofts machine. i think the truth is finally out after such an amount of hype over how powerful ps3 was, 360 is more than a match really

the 360: 576p with blur filter and with motion blur to mask the bad framerate
the PS3:720p with 2x AA and no motion blur
Motion blur is used by the devs to mask the frame skip in a video game.
AssassinVenice 11 months ago
@AssassinVenice right but ps3 doesnt support AA.

To conclude everything, let's just say that the PS3 looks better, but the Xbox 360 playes better.
I'm wondering if the PC version of TRU has motion blur, it would be nice.

maybe game dev lower some setting in xbox 360 and claim xbox 360 have better performance than ps3..

Looks like the Ps3 version have a more dynamic framerate, considering Ps3 clearly have better graphics.

with my 9800gt i play this game at 75fps or more
i thought that ps3 and 360 were more powerfull
Reaperss 2 years ago
9800GT combined with any decent dual core CPU should wipe the floor with PS3 and 360.
DigitalFoundry 2 years ago
@Reaperss i have 200 fps in this game on my 5770 the consoles are old so let it be

@pvdv1988 Derp.

The 360 version is smoother due to the lower resolution, if it was 720p the game shouldn't run at an acceptable framerate i think.
BloodyKain84 3 years ago
dude it IS on 720p, upscaling does NOT count

not all of them, some are better on ps3 and some on 360, it depends on the developer's lead console

@nocodenull 10000% true.
