Now people are bringing up the video showing Josie Harris getting carried out on stretcher. I'm not trying to be an ass-whole here but three things puzzle me about that. She gets carried out on a stretcher but there were no scars bumps or bruises? Allegedly the police report said that there were minor injuries but they don't specify what the injuries were. And lastly if the injuries were supposedly only minor then why the need for a stretcher? I would love to see a copy of the police report.
Is it a surprise he has been charged with assault? Like his uncle and his father!! This is not the 1st time that he has been charged with assault, look at the current charge as well. I dont see why everyone is jumping on this, he's in for 3 months! This is not a tyson or kobe type case!! Yea he should get off cause he's got cash!!
@SnukkaFly Personally, I just don't like Floyd. So my opinion of him is already low. I'm not a judge or jury though. Still, yes, it is kinda funny the hypocrisy about the whole situation isn't it? I think Pac cheated on his wife, I also think Floyd is abusive.. at least verbally, and yes.. that is a thing. lol Also, I think Floyd's Xylocaine has helped him, just as I think Manny won't take the test is because of something fishy. I just don't understand why people can't reciprocate.
Sadly even if Mayweather is innocent, due to his image and how he mad himself the "VILLAIN IN BOXING"...Public Court Of Opinion will never Favor him, so anytime something like this happens he will automatically be seen as "GUILTY"
However, when a women screams "ABUSE"...usually Photos of the battered Victim is released...EXAMPLE: Chris Brown and Rihanna situation, we seen photos of what Chris Brown did to her, compare to this situation in which NOTHING has been presented but "SHE SAID"
to many people online in Boxing Forums and On Youtube...Mayweather is "GUILTY" to them simply because they don't like him...so Logic and the Possibility of the lady lying on him (LIKE SHE DID IN THE PAST) is not even possible in their opinion
however if Mayweather did it then he is foolish for it and he better be happy he is only getting 3 months in Jail...BUT I have my doubts since I know what it is like to deal with a JEALOUS AND BITTER Baby Mama
I believe they didn't have enough evidence that's why they offered him the plead and She is a lighter skin woman and if he did what she he did she would of being bruised and really because he a fighter so thatsanother reason I have a hard time believing it and she lied before
hes guilty but not deserving of jail time because noone was hurt .. but from the tmz clip supposedly his own 11 and 9 year old kid ran to the security guard because he thought his mother was in danger..if nothing was going on then why would they do that .. the situation was getting heated potentially getting violent and his own kids had to find someone that could protect their mother ... i think that was the deciding factor and he should've gotten a fine or community service not jailtime
the problem is these flomos blindly follow this guy regardless of what he does. They believed all the bullshit that he spewed about pacquiao taking roids and now they believe his bullshit about this. He is a licensed boxer(a martial artist so to speak) he should not lay a hands on the woman, because of this the punishment should be intensified.
I understand your frustration that it happened to you but multiple incidents with this guy have been reported. So floyd is the victim here?
Timeout: I love your vids, but it's not "beyond a SHADOW of a doubt" because there's no absolute assurance of anything. It's "beyond a REASONABLE doubt" to convict. I'm not necessarily disagreeing with you about the plea, but I just wanted to point that out, all due respect. As far as my opinion, I don't know. I believe the courts didn't have enough evidence/good quality evidence to convict, and then his ex recanted. So I don't know, but whatever the case, I still want to see him fight after.
@Defnyshn There can still be a doubt, but only to the extent that it would not affect a reasonable person's belief regarding whether or not the defendant is guilty. "The shadow of a doubt" is sometimes used interchangeably with reasonable doubt, but this extends beyond the latter, to the extent that it may be considered an impossible standard. Reasonable doubt is therefore used. Yes you are correct sir.
@Defnyshn I believe that there is always doubt before the evidence is presented but the evidence is supposed to remove that doubt. So if someone says after hearing and seeing all the evidence that I'm not sure if he's guilty or not then that is not beyond reasonable doubt and that person should not claim that the defendant is guilty.
Great video but.. I don't know the whole story, so I really cannot tell you for sure he is 100% guilty.. nor can you or anyone else that didn't hear and see the evidence from both sides..
I'm not in the court. I haven't been witness to what evidence they do or don't have against Floyd. To that end, yes, I think he's guilty. I just don't think he would have got any jail time at all if he was at all innocent. People with money tend to walk away on the lighter side of sentencing, bad boy image or no. We being on the outside really don't -know- what happened, we only have our guesses.
I think our court system is very flawed.innocent people go to jail all the time.Something the judge said just didn't sit well with me.She said that he has been in trouble before and he's never really been punished for it but the fact is he was charged before but never convicted so if he was found innocent to other charges why are they being brought up again in this case.it's almost as if the judge resents the fact that he got off before andbecause of it she's gonna get him back for it this time.
@jhabeeb1 Can't just say innocent people go to jail and leave it at that, can we Beeb? I mean, that is true of course, but don't criminals walk all the time as well? The court system is fucked, I can agree to that, do I have proof.. gun in hand type of proof, that Floyd is guilty? Nope. Still, just because Harris has backed out of her previous claims doesn't mean it didn't happen. Abused women pull back before court all the time, it's common.
@jhabeeb1 Either way neither of us were there or had anything to do with the proceedings. I could be wrong, but that's okay because I don't pretend to like Floyd as a person and realize that I have my own bias towards him. This makes me smile. Judges sayin' shit like that is nothin' new. I could count at least 10 times a non-famous white kid was made an example out of here in Indiana suburbs. 90 days for MIC, six months for repeated MIC offense, a year based on previous trouble.
@NaptownBorn Theres no proof of Mayweather hitting his Ex, no lumps, no bruises or no scratches. Mayweather was lied to by the prosecutor and the judge, he wasn't supposed to receive any time, but the judge said she was giving Mayweather time, based off her perception of MW, and not anything that has to do with the domestic violence case. You can see the sentencing clip online, and hear it for yourself. Floyd's ex accused him before, and when pressured during trial, she admitted-she lied.
@Lift1One lol I haven't seen or heard the evidence from the other cases either. Her word + the kids against Floyd's. *shrug* I, personally, think he's guilty and am not at all worried about this miniscule 90 day sentence. What? He'll do 45? Did they lie to Floyd, I dunno. Is the judge bias? Probably. Do I care? Not even a little bit. Like I said, people with money like Money don't usually do -any- time unless there is -some- evidence.
@NaptownBorn Personally your white, so you probably think like them. How can you think a man is guilty with no evidence or fact. Where's your logic for thinking he is guilty. I would love to hear it. You don't have one. All you have is your dislike for Floyd so you automatically think he is guilty because his baby mama who has lied in the past saids some B.S. story. And obviously she told her kids to make the same plea against Floyd. Her word & kids against his & you come to he is guilty. SMH
@MrGOHARD365 Eye-witness? That is considered in a court of law. I mean, hey, who am I going to believe Floyd's ex and the kids or Floyd himself? Is his ex white or somethin'? Is that why my race has anything to do with this discussion at all? Okay, how come every black man that gets arrested suddenly becomes Mother Theresa? She has lied in the past? Sure. So have I. So have you. So has Floyd. What is your point, exactly? Just that I'm white, that's really all you wanted.
@NaptownBorn Good points, I give credit when its due. It was wrong of me to judge your opinion by race. I just get so frustrated with racist America. So maybe your a good man that sees everyone as equals. I still don't understand why you automatically pin Floyd as guilty with no evidence behind it. Maybe you just dislike Floyd as a person to start with. Not becuase of his race but just because of his lifestyle perhaps. I dunno for a fact but I'm just saying maybe....
@MrGOHARD365 I don't automatically pin Floyd as guilty. The video of her leavin' on a gurney. The kids backing her up. She may have accused Floyd and retracted her statements before, but did you know that is a really common thing for abused women? And, yes, I personally think Floyd is an asshole. Not because he's black, he's just a dick.
@NaptownBorn Remember when Cintron left on a gurney? lol That doesn't mean your injured. I've never seen a minor injury which required a gurney, and i dont see Floyd serving the big time which would have been warranted by dammage to her physical body.... I couldn't possibly call him "guilty", unless i saw at LEAST ONE PICTURE of her hurt.
If the gurney/kids is all we have to go on? That means nothing! I know from personal experience. When I was a kid my mom actually did this to my dad. She NOW says nothing happened. She wasn't bruised or hurt in any way, but the cops still took my dad to jail cus she called them with a story. They let him out when my mom decided to swallow her pride and tell the cops he didn't do anything, but that she was just "scared" and she didn't get in any trouble for it. At the time, i believed her lol.
@Nap Pactards have been CLAMOURING for those pictures/evidence lol. They even tried to pass off pictures of a beat up woman as pictures of Josie Harris after Floyd supposedly beat her up. Like i said, I'm not blissfully ignorant of this or taking sides because I am a fan of Floyd. I love both my Mom and my Dad, but i see too much accusing without any evidence like what happened to my Dad. Thank god it didn't cost him his job. In the end, my Mom just lied and thats why there was no evidence lol
@NaptownBorn I'm just saying to me this is all very funny. Because the same thing has happened before with Floyd and Josie... and it is happening again... Women cry wolf as much as men actually do beat them. No way in hell Floyd touched her he would have bruised her for sure.
@checklefthook There wouldn't be much in the way of bruises if he pushed her down, but she still could have been hurt. i.e. her ribs or something. Like I said, I don't have all the evidence and if it was more than a mere 90 days I'd think it was too much. Still, if he was so innocent I don't think he would do any time at all. This judge is irritating, but it isn't anything I haven't seen from white kids MIC in the Suburbs. The judges flat out tell them they're examples a lot.
@NaptownBorn If my mom didnt tell me the truth, i would have still be believing her too. She said Floyd hit her, twisted and squeezed her arm and uttered threats.. If Floyd twists a girls arm and hits her, that leaves a mark... If it didn't... Whats with the gurney? LOL Bottom line; Women are just as capable of lying, as men are of hitting them does not equal a bias.
@checklefthook Also, you say women lie, and that is coming from personal experience. I'm saying that it is -common- for abused women to retract their statements, not want to go to court, and have previous incidents where they wanted help but then backed down. Since I'm not in the courtroom, not a judge, and not an attorney, my -personal- opinion is that he's had this coming to him. You can't debate opinions bud, and you weren't in the courtroom either.
@NaptownBornLOL Way to try and make me seem like I'm sexist. I only said women lie about it, as much as men actually do it. Josie Harris HAS lied about it... Lets be fair bud.
@checklefthook Why are ya'lls responses to me getting marked as spam? wtf is goin' on? lol Sorry, I do apologize if I came across as trying to pin you down as a sexist. That, honestly, wasn't my intention. I just meant that from your own personal experience, you've seen with your own eyes a woman lie about abuse. Has Josie Harris really lied before? Or is she just like other abused women that end up never going to court over it? To be fair is to accept that both could be true.
@NaptownBorn I removed one and reposted it because i spelled something wrong.
There was A WHOLE 2 YEARS where Josie Harris was lying to police about Floyd "punching and kicking" her when they were splitting up in 03. From 03-05, she lyed to cops, and came out and said she "was just angry Floyd was leaving her". LOL
From my personal experiance i have NO DESIRE to blame a woman, i LOVE my mom ith all my heart and women ca do thing JUST LIKE MEN CAN when shit gets heated. I just think this is bs.
@checklefthook Maybe. You don't -know- she was lying though, is what I'm saying. Just like I don't -know- that Floyd abused her in any way. You think she's lying because she said she was, but again that is common in women that are abused. She relies on him for money and has his family all around her all the time, right? That's not a comfortable position to be in when you're trying to press charges. This isn't a cut-and-dry incident and Floyd might be innocent. Maybe. Maybe not.
@NaptownBorn Especially because this woman has used this same excuse, and the same scenari was true, no pictures. Where theres smoke, theres fire i totally agree. Still, my Dad was thrown in jail with no smoke and no fire just because cops always take a womans word as "smoke and fire" because you have to believe her, what if the man really did do those things? You have to believe the claims, because they swear it to be true and they are legally responsible for it.
@Nap I'm just saying the children is not a good argument. I was a kid back then and i believed my mom. A man should never hit a woman and i believed my mom would never lie. Plus, i know you don't wanna hear this but If my Mom could do it Josie Harris did it for sure twice. Kids dont sit there and watch parents fight, they dont know shit. I wont go into details as that was a very messy situation but my Dad never did anything she said he did, and there was no bruises or anything back then either.
@checklefthook Just because your mom did it doesn't mean that Josie did as well. Kids do watch, kids know more about what's goin' on than you think. Hell, my wife and I used to get into screaming matches until we realized just how much of that the kids take with them. Don't rule out the kids just because of your own personal experience.
@checklefthook You really didn't fill me in on much aside from your own personal experience. I'm not trying to discount what happened between your mom and dad, I'm just saying that just because she did it doesn't mean every woman does it. Woman have lied. Men have abused. When you don't have all the facts and evidence, all you have is opinion, and like I said from jump.. can't really argue an opinion bud.
@checklefthook You have to include the whole quote bud. "Has Josie Harris really lied before? Or is she just like other abused women who end up never going to court over it? To be fair is to accept that both could be true."
I think what's happened is you misunderstood the quote, I wasn't asking in a literal sense because there is no way to know if she really lied before or just retracted her statement because she was afraid. You don't know, so c'mon bro to you. ;)
@NaptownBorn It's your opinion, i know. But still, JOSIE HARRIS LIED TO COPS FOR 2 YEARS from 03 to 05. There is no "OR" she admitted to cops she lied about Floyd punching and kicking her many ears ago, without pictures. This is a common fact.
@NaptownBorn The gurney is more of a "dead giveaway" than any evidence at all. There are no injuries, no pictures JUST LIKE LAST TIME.. The only thing going for her is a gurney with no injuries? and impressionable little kids who don't know their mom is a gold digger? Comon nap! I know you know better than that bro lol
@checklefthook No, I'm saying nobody -knows better- about any of this. I'm saying that I, personally and with bias, believe Floyd's guilty.. or at the very least this is a bit of just deserves. Do I know he is guilty? No. Do you know Josie is lying? No. Do we have anything solid to say either way? No. Were we present for the plea? No. Are we Floyd/Josie's attorneys? No. Generally, people with money get off light on just about anything. 90 days may be light, or not.
Now when those iphones that Floyd bought them starts to get old, I know someone who ain't gonna buy them new ones... And when someone is looking for a new house to buy, I also now a ex husband who ain't gonna give the money too u like he did before. Damn golddiggers... Harris really fucked her self in the ass.. She ai't gonna get any money from Floyd thanks to the lawsuit and she damn well ain't gonna get any money afterwards...
Saragosa said Wednesday she was persuaded to jail Mayweather following his admission that he hit Harris and twisted her arm, and that two of their children, ages 9 and 10, witnessed the attack.
That^^^^ sounds like enough evidence for me. Couple that with the FACT that he entered her house at 4 a.m. He's got no business there at that time. Its almost as bad as trying to solve an argument with your girl while drunk. It just doesn't work.
@BazookaIke if what you say is true than why did they offer him a plea deal? something is just not adding up? again no contest is not an admission of guilt.
@jhabeeb1 Why doesn't it make sense? Plea deals are offered in an overwhelming majority of cases. You get rare occasions where a prosecutor wants to make an example of the defendent and will push for a trial. That really only happens in major cases. This is nowhere near a case of that level. Its also standard operating procedure for them to charge you with the maximum and plea down from there. If Floyd went to trial and lost, he'd get nowhere near the 34 years.
My point is that I believe that this case has been overstated by the media and a lot of boxing fans. Is Floyd Mayweather really a woman beater and a felon? We really don't know. My point is was the jail time really necessary because as you said this really weren't major charges filed here and it's not a big case?
@jhabeeb1 And I have the exact stand. Im not on here saying he's innocent or guilty. This to me is about an injustice with the court system. I just have no faith in those people. They havent prooved trustworthy
Both sides really didn't want to drag this out and go to trial for several months that's why a plea was offered. If this was as bad as most people are implying it most certainly would have gone to trial.
@jhabeeb1 No doubt. I don't believe it was quite as bad as some said. He is guilty of some illegal behavior though and he does have some priors against him. Couple that with him going into that house at 4 a.m. and it does not look good for him. Floyd's got to be smarter about how he deals with this type of stuff. He's been his own worst enemy in these matters.
Good video!! Well thought out.

LOL Bottom line; Women are just as capable of lying, as men are of hitting them does not equal a bias.
checklefthook 2 months ago

Lets be fair bud.
checklefthook 2 months ago
@checklefthook Why are ya'lls responses to me getting marked as spam? wtf is goin' on? lol Sorry, I do apologize if I came across as trying to pin you down as a sexist. That, honestly, wasn't my intention. I just meant that from your own personal experience, you've seen with your own eyes a woman lie about abuse. Has Josie Harris really lied before? Or is she just like other abused women that end up never going to court over it? To be fair is to accept that both could be true.
NaptownBorn 2 months ago
@NaptownBorn I removed one and reposted it because i spelled something wrong.
There was A WHOLE 2 YEARS where Josie Harris was lying to police about Floyd "punching and kicking" her when they were splitting up in 03. From 03-05, she lyed to cops, and came out and said she "was just angry Floyd was leaving her". LOL
From my personal experiance i have NO DESIRE to blame a woman, i LOVE my mom ith all my heart and women ca do thing JUST LIKE MEN CAN when shit gets heated. I just think this is bs.
checklefthook 2 months ago

You have to believe the claims, because they swear it to be true and they are legally responsible for it.
checklefthook 2 months ago
@Nap I'm just saying the children is not a good argument. I was a kid back then and i believed my mom. A man should never hit a woman and i believed my mom would never lie. Plus, i know you don't wanna hear this but If my Mom could do it Josie Harris did it for sure twice. Kids dont sit there and watch parents fight, they dont know shit. I wont go into details as that was a very messy situation but my Dad never did anything she said he did, and there was no bruises or anything back then either.
checklefthook 2 months ago
@checklefthook Just because your mom did it doesn't mean that Josie did as well. Kids do watch, kids know more about what's goin' on than you think. Hell, my wife and I used to get into screaming matches until we realized just how much of that the kids take with them. Don't rule out the kids just because of your own personal experience.

Naptown...
She has already done it.
i know u know ur shit, but i just filled u in on too many details to consider your arguments with any validity lol

NaptownBorn 2 months ago
@NaptownBorn "You really didn't fill me in on much aside from your own personal experience"
Really?
" Has Josie Harris really lied before? " - Naptownborn
lol comon bro, you didnt even know she has done this before, until i told you just now.
checklefthook 2 months ago
@checklefthook You have to include the whole quote bud. "Has Josie Harris really lied before? Or is she just like other abused women who end up never going to court over it? To be fair is to accept that both could be true."
I think what's happened is you misunderstood the quote, I wasn't asking in a literal sense because there is no way to know if she really lied before or just retracted her statement because she was afraid. You don't know, so c'mon bro to you. ;)
NaptownBorn 2 months ago
@NaptownBorn It's your opinion, i know. But still, JOSIE HARRIS LIED TO COPS FOR 2 YEARS from 03 to 05. There is no "OR" she admitted to cops she lied about Floyd punching and kicking her many ears ago, without pictures. This is a common fact.
checklefthook 2 months ago
@NaptownBorn Still, i respect ur opinion and realize i can't change that. Imma peep that vid u uploaded tho! 20 mins man what a beast lol
checklefthook 2 months ago
@NaptownBorn The gurney is more of a "dead giveaway" than any evidence at all. There are no injuries, no pictures JUST LIKE LAST TIME.. The only thing going for her is a gurney with no injuries? and impressionable little kids who don't know their mom is a gold digger? Comon nap! I know you know better than that bro lol
checklefthook 2 months ago

BazookaIke 2 months ago
@BazookaIke if what you say is true than why did they offer him a plea deal? something is just not adding up? again no contest is not an admission of guilt.
jhabeeb1 2 months ago
@jhabeeb1 Why doesn't it make sense? Plea deals are offered in an overwhelming majority of cases. You get rare occasions where a prosecutor wants to make an example of the defendent and will push for a trial. That really only happens in major cases. This is nowhere near a case of that level. Its also standard operating procedure for them to charge you with the maximum and plea down from there. If Floyd went to trial and lost, he'd get nowhere near the 34 years.
BazookaIke 2 months ago
My point is that I believe that this case has been overstated by the media and a lot of boxing fans. Is Floyd Mayweather really a woman beater and a felon? We really don't know. My point is was the jail time really necessary because as you said this really weren't major charges filed here and it's not a big case?
jhabeeb1 2 months ago
@jhabeeb1 And I have the exact stand. Im not on here saying he's innocent or guilty. This to me is about an injustice with the court system. I just have no faith in those people. They havent prooved trustworthy
gershom44 2 months ago
Both sides really didn't want to drag this out and go to trial for several months that's why a plea was offered. If this was as bad as most people are implying it most certainly would have gone to trial.
jhabeeb1 2 months ago
@jhabeeb1 No doubt. I don't believe it was quite as bad as some said. He is guilty of some illegal behavior though and he does have some priors against him. Couple that with him going into that house at 4 a.m. and it does not look good for him. Floyd's got to be smarter about how he deals with this type of stuff. He's been his own worst enemy in these matters.
BazookaIke 2 months ago
@BazookaIke I agree he should not have been there in the first place and yes this could have been avoided if he wasn't there.

haters mentality isnt " i think floyd is guilty", is more like " i hope damn well floyd is guilty, and if he isnt i hope they convict him as guilty"
