Now people are bringing up the video showing Josie Harris getting carried out on stretcher. I'm not trying to be an ass-whole here but three things puzzle me about that. She gets carried out on a stretcher but there were no scars bumps or bruises? Allegedly the police report said that there were minor injuries but they don't specify what the injuries were. And lastly if the injuries were supposedly only minor then why the need for a stretcher? I would love to see a copy of the police report.

the problem is these flomos blindly follow this guy regardless of what he does. They believed all the bullshit that he spewed about pacquiao taking roids and now they believe his bullshit about this. Timeout: I love your vids, but it's not "beyond a SHADOW of a doubt" because there's no absolute assurance of anything. It's "beyond a REASONABLE doubt" to convict. I'm not necessarily disagreeing with you about the plea, but I just wanted to point that out, all due respect. As far as my opinion, I don't know. I believe the courts didn't have enough evidence/good quality evidence to convict, and then his ex recanted. So I don't know, but whatever the case, I still want to see him fight after.

"The shadow of a doubt" is sometimes used interchangeably with reasonable doubt, but this extends beyond the latter, to the extent that it may be considered an impossible standard. @Defnyshn I believe that there is always doubt before the evidence is presented but the evidence is supposed to remove that doubt. So if someone says after hearing and seeing all the evidence that I'm not sure if he's guilty or not then that is not beyond reasonable doubt and that person should not claim that the defendant is guilty.

I'm not in the court. I haven't been witness to what evidence they do or don't have against Floyd. To that end, yes, I think he's guilty. I just don't think he would have got any jail time at all if he was at all innocent. People with money tend to walk away on the lighter side of sentencing, bad boy image or no. We being on the outside really don't -know- what happened, we only have our guesses.

I think our court system is very flawed.innocent people go to jail all the time.Something the judge said just didn't sit well with me.She said that he has been in trouble before and he's never really been punished for it but the fact is he was charged before but never convicted so if he was found innocent to other charges why are they being brought up again in this case.it's almost as if the judge resents the fact that he got off before andbecause of it she's gonna get him back for it this time.

I could count at least 10 times a non-famous white kid was made an example out of here in Indiana suburbs. 90 days for MIC, six months for repeated MIC offense, a year based on previous trouble.

Mayweather was lied to by the prosecutor and the judge, he wasn't supposed to receive any time, but the judge said she was giving Mayweather time, based off her perception of MW, and not anything that has to do with the domestic violence case. You can see the sentencing clip online, and hear it for yourself. Floyd's ex accused him before, and when pressured during trial, she admitted-she lied.

If the gurney/kids is all we have to go on? That means nothing! I know from personal experience. When I was a kid my mom actually did this to my dad. She NOW says nothing happened. She wasn't bruised or hurt in any way, but the cops still took my dad to jail cus she called them with a story. They let him out when my mom decided to swallow her pride and tell the cops he didn't do anything, but that she was just "scared" and she didn't get in any trouble for it. At the time, i believed her lol.

There was A WHOLE 2 YEARS where Josie Harris was lying to police about Floyd "punching and kicking" her when they were splitting up in 03. From 03-05, she lyed to cops, and came out and said she "was just angry Floyd was leaving her". LOL

@jhabeeb1 Why doesn't it make sense? Plea deals are offered in an overwhelming majority of cases. You get rare occasions where a prosecutor wants to make an example of the defendent and will push for a trial. That really only happens in major cases. This is nowhere near a case of that level. Its also standard operating procedure for them to charge you with the maximum and plea down from there. If Floyd went to trial and lost, he'd get nowhere near the 34 years.

My point is was the jail time really necessary because as you said this really weren't major charges filed here and it's not a big case?

Both sides really didn't want to drag this out and go to trial for several months that's why a plea was offered. If this was as bad as most people are implying it most certainly would have gone to trial.

Couple that with him going into that house at 4 a.m. and it does not look good for him. Floyd's got to be smarter about how he deals with this type of stuff.
