It could be just because of the clearer audio, but the begining sounded more accurate and so on. Plus he's going at the correct speed and everything... and I would know since I have the theme in my iTunes playlist and I listen to it all the time...

Flandre's theme is based on (and is practically identical to) John Stump's "Death Waltz".

Death Waltz was created by a group of Japanese who were poking fun at John Stump for composing songs that look nice but can't be played on piano (by normal humans). And Death Waltz was based on Cool&Create's remix of UN Owen was her.
