I've got the VSTs loaded into FL Studio 10, and they show up as instruments I can use. When I try to use one, though, I don't get any sound coming out, even though the sound works fine on pre-installed instruments. Any idea what might be going on there?

You can do this on two different ways. Whether you install your VST's, don't matter if it's just the .dll file or the whole VST map, and put it in C/Program Files/ VST Plugins. Your FL Studio makes automatically contact with this map, or otherwise:

Install the same file or map in C/Program Files, then choose 'Imagine-Line' > Plug-Ins, and open the last map, called 'VST'. Paste your thing in there, and it works the same. It is very simple. For finding in FL, just open Channels in there and find
