This is what i did to cure my ringworm infection: ate only low fat yogurt, cooked green peas with olive oil and salt, a daily vitamin, and whey, for a couple weeks.

Do not eat any bread/cereal sugar or anything like that. No cookies, cakes, snacks, soda, juice, ice cream, etc.

As for creams, monistat 7 seems to work the best. It is a 2% cream.

Im russian and my family has this medicin they use for everything. its kind of like a cream that is very acidic. and you put it on the ringworm and it literaly burns it off in like 1 day and its gone forever. you just have a scab, kind of like a burn scab. after that goes away its gone. i used it and its way better than anything you can get on the market.

another thing he doesnt mention at the beginning here is if you happen to develop ringworm it DOES NOT mean you are a dirty person, or not washing yourself properly. you could be the cleanest person in the world but still get this. just want to make mention of that as some people do thing that only dirty people can get ringworm...my mother for instance.

I got 'em from a stray cat the stays outside of my house sometime...I feed him and play(ed) with him sometime now I got fuckin' ringworms and not just a couple about 14 over my whole body. One just poped up last week on my leg. Now it seems everyday I get 1 to 3 more. I have 'em on my legs,arms,chest,shoulder,back and even one on my arm pit. Iv tried the bleach thing for a couple of days so far nothing. If anything I think it just go worse. I tried Vineger and Over The Counter Creams to.

@WakeUpDead2012 that's too bad you should keep out of those stray cats. btw have you tried putting some manuka honey on the infected area? or maybe you can try to make paste from fresh leaves of Andrographis paniculata and apply on those ringworm.

@WakeUpDead2012 i just found out on the internet that you can use neem oil to effectively treat ringworm, a good brand is ringwormkiller by FungRx. i got two patches of ringworm near my thighs and i'm gonna try this neem oil.

the first time i got ringworm was when i was deployed in iraq. i wish i could have known about sooner and treating it. now its back on my thigh and i feel nasty but thanks for the info, its real helpful and again thanks lots Doctor Hill!!!
