they have ways to edit books, to take out language and such... so it definitely wouldn't be R or NC-17. then no body who would be interested in seeing the movie would be ABLE to see it. just think about gossip girl, there was mega language, drug use, underage drinking, etc. in the books, but because it's a show on the cw now, they just took it out. it's not a big deal for movies/tv shows to do that...
