No, if you have max in the Physique part of "Strength" it'll make your character appear more muscular. Its not fat that's making her big, its muscle lol. You can discard it if you want, but you'll deal out less damage with mellee.

She looks fat because her physique is maxed, you look buff and slightly overweight, so if you want to reduce it, you'll have to remove points from physique.

all the people asking about magic for fable its a good and fast way how to kill but, use it in a combination how mine goes i use summon from the dead and they aim just for the dead then use the more powerful attacks to take them out

Yeah... If you just instantly try beating the crap out of them you'll fail. A great combo is Raise dead to distract them, Chaos to confuse them and then use your strongest offensive spell.

You can use whatever you want whenever. You can level everything evenly if you want to. The thing that makes your skin glow is the magic but the horns and red eyes and such are all from being evil. My friends character is currently pure good and has glowing blue marks in his skin from mastering magic. No matter what though every single little choice you make in the game affects it so no one can look exactly the same, unless they made the exact choices you make. Which would be rather creepy. :P
