playing on the regular story mode as nico, complete the missions and ull have one called crime and punishment i think, u steal a cop car and stop some people from delivering something, after you complete that, you can use the police computers. i had the same problem with TBOGT it said error, but you play as nico and it should work after you finish the mission
when i try to access the police comp it says error connecting to server try again later what does this mean is it because im play ballards of gay tony
@MrJonnara It's pretty much the same but when you get to the person you're trying to catch, the timer goes off so you won't have a time limit in which to take down the suspect, just a time limit to get to the scene of the crime fast enough.

some % of finish game, but I dont know whats happen when u have 100% of game(in GTA 3, VC and SA u get weapons) but in GTA IV no idea...

I don't think you can finish all of them. Theres always more when you recheck if you get a new cop car I believe.

no just get in the cop car and i think its LB (but it will tell u) and u go to the computer and thats how u do missions
