hi what is the name of the scalp protector you used and did you have any problems with breakage at the hairline because i want to do my lace wig like this????...thanx
Hi,can you tell me how do you remove the glue when you are ready to remove the unit? Is the glue on on the scalp? Should a hair glue protector be used along with the glue? I was just wondering? Thanks
@pahatter Hi the glue can be removed with the specified glue remover for the glue you are using, To remove the glue on your scalp, try olive oil or rubbing alcohol. : )
I'm practicing this method without glue - having a problem, the line of the wig cap is showing through the lace. It's a flesh tone wig cap/stocking that closely matches my scalp. Not sure what I'm doing wrong?
@kittymum888 Hi, cut the band on the stocking. if you do this, the perimeter will be thin enough to blend into your skin more. Try this out and see how it works : )
Thank you for sharing this technique. I think this might work for lace front wigs that don't reach my ears (because I have a larger head). Do you still use this technique? I noticed in another review you sewed in the wig cap instead of gluing.
@kittymum888 Yeah, it's actually great for lace fronts that do not extend to the ears and those with moon shaped hairlines. I still use this method but i also sew it down sometimes but the sewing is a bit more tricky to do. Thanks for stopping by...: )

how much lace is in the front?
UniqueTrendz 1 year ago
@UniqueTrendz I can remember getting the wig for $79

@xyderi lol. thats not what I asked. I asked how much lace is in the front of the wig, not how much did it cost. simple misunderstanding
UniqueTrendz 1 year ago
@UniqueTrendz lol sorry, the wig actually has a substantial amount of lace in front, about 3.5 to 4 inches
