i always ask for more than i tell them. i used to be a contractor in utah until i lost my license. i also like to take stuff out of houses before they forclose, so i can sell the stuff back to the new owner for CASH. some people say i am dishonest, but i always tell them it is "just business" nothing personal. goodbye--HT--utah.
