  • super beautiful video.

  • ....to solve any kind of prblem is the point i mean here...

  • He y just want to let u know, my head is not far from the ground now in sukhasana, i have much more control of my knee and can avoid any pain. And i made much progress in any other yoga asana that i do. i think that has lot of to do with this asana. The mental silence seems to help u to any kind of problem, although it is not always that easy to get into. Thank u very much for this detailed explanation. I post again when i am doing this in lotus, wich now is a little to much straining.

  • Wow this is great. Idid it a few days now and i feel it on all layers. This pose is especially great for me, because the asana is about mastery of meditation. U may reach it without this pose, but it is a tremedous help. I am very sensitive to this, because i meditate since 20 years. Give it a try and take care, never do it with pain in the knees.

Hope to see some more of u on youtube.

  • @mahankirn2475 Hi.

This is a fantastic video. Thanks for uploading it. You gave us v.clear instructions on how to perform bound lotus kriya. Is it possible to do this kriya if one has herniated discs? I would be grateful if there is way to do it even if one has back problems.

  • Thanks so much. It's great to see the extensive explanations of the use of props in bound lotus. This is the knowledge that will allow me to practice this Kriya more efficiently this time around. One thing I perhaps missed was the full practice and rest times? Is there something about switching sides after 11m? Thanks! Sat Nam.

  • hello

  • Thank you! I can't wait to give it a try.

    Sat Nam.

  • @xxSatNamxx

Enjoy, let me know how it goes! Blessings, Mahan Kirn
