That was what they did back then, took good wrestlers off the NWA roster and buried them to make the NWA look bad. Ask Al Perez, Barry Windham, Tim Horner, Ron Garvin, Dusty Rhodes, Lex Luger, Arn & Tully. They sold their stature for more money. Can't blame them really. I hated when the WWF did that!
