  • @WebVMan meeza lika dis.

  • Little girl is gonna lose it over that awesome game.

  • I did not know Microwaves had tv sets in them back in those times. Who knew!

  • We used to call those the Trash-80 computers, LOL

  • @BricktownBubba That is one reason they changed it to "Tandy". I still have both my CoCo 2 and 3 and full accessories. Great computers to learn on.

  • @WarpedTrekker I miss my Color Computer. Had some great times with that machine...

  • I want one of these!

  • I have one of the original TRS-80 Color Computers from way back in 1981 and it still works!

  • Aww, man remember Color Baseball for the Tandy TL/3 system? I thought that was the most realistic baseball game ever when it first released, LOL! I was just 7 yrs. old & My great grandfather used to just make me sit there reading newspapers and Sports illustrated magazines for hours just to find & type in/program real-life names for every player on the teams... thought he was crazy then, but thinking back on it, I'm glad he did, realizing how important that was for my development at that age.

  • @poeticpisces2007 I had a TRS-80 coco in the early 80's when i was 10 or 11yo that had a game very similar to this. I remember doing the exact same thing, putting in the players names and stats and having simulated baseball games all the way to a world series mathchup. That was great fun for a pc of those times.

  • @poeticpisces2007 Are you sure you don't mean Earl Weaver Baseball? I looked for videos of Color Baseball and it was for the CoCo and doesn't appear to mention the players' names anywhere. But EWB is what made me want a PC, you could even design your own stadiums!

  • I have a Radio Shack TRS-80 MC-10. I still love writing programs on mine today.

  • Humble beginnings. Imagine, in 1980, being able to walk in to a store nationwide and actually buy a computer with color and take it home and plug it up (without it being a "computer store").

I just got back from the CoCoFest in Chicago -- always good to see the old stuff. Thanks for posting!
